HAPPY birthday!

How could I not feel happy when making a card that uses both sunshine and rainbows? And a lovely sentiment from Stampin' Up's 'Sunshine and Rainbows' stamp set?
This card is a response to two challenges: The Paper Players PP385: 'Rainbows' and Less is More's #367: one layer and stencils. I didn't use much by way of stamps etc, but oh my goodness I used a lot of different inks!

Made Using:
Stampin' Up inks: (from the top, then the left!) Sweet Sugar Plum, Basic Black, Real Red, Calypso Coral, Peekaboo Peach, Daffodil Delight, Lemon Lime Twist, Cucumber Crush, Emerald Envy, Tempting Turquoise, Pacific Point, Elegant Eggplant, Rich Razzleberry and Delightful Dijon for the sun.
Other Products: Stampin' Up stamps: Sunshine and Rainbows (sentiment), Heart Happiness (hearts at top)
The Paper Mill layering stencil: Sunrays

  2. This is so striking! I love your glorious rainbow sunburst! A one layer card is a scary beast but you have tamed it. Great job on both challenges. Thanks for joining us at The Paper Players.

  3. A gorgeous card and your blending of those beautiful rainbow colours is wonderful. At Less is More we do prefer to see a little more uninterrupted white space as mentioned in our guidelines but nonetheless, this is a beautiful example of a one layer card.
Thanks so much for sharing with us at Less is More, Anita x

  4. A really pretty card. I do love a card with rainbow colours. As Anita said, possibly a little short on the white space, however your stencilling is superb. Thanks for letting us see this at Less is More xx
