Bright for a Baby

For this cheerful baby card, I combined a sketch from CAS Colors and Sketches, colours from Color Throwdown and choices of embossing, patterned paper and baby from Retro Rubber's 'X's and O's' challenge. The elephant and sentiment are from Stamoin' Up's 'Zoo Babies' set, which I first noticed in the 2015 - 2016 catalogue. I like that the result is a bright, welcoming card for a new baby. I've also used two of the lovely new in-season colours from Stampin' Up: Call me Clover and Blueberry Bushel.

Ingredients:
Stampin' Up ink (Basic Black, Call Me Clover), card (Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, Blueberry Bushel), stampset (Zoo Babies), enamel shapes, embossing folder, Pop of Pink dsp.
Other Products: Semco everyday ribbon.

  1. This is adorable! I've seen lots of baby cards this week and this is one of the cutest! I like how you embossed the background using the CAS sketch, and used bright cheerful colors on your "retro" stamp! Thanks for playing tic tac toe with us at Retro Rubber this week!
