Above the clouds

I've managed to make a simple sketch from Freshly Made Sketch's 400th challenge celebration:
pretty complicated by using Stampin' Up's Above the Clouds bundle here. I do love these soft balloons, and those little clouds!

Ingredients:
Stampin' Up paper, (Night of Navy, Whisper White), ink, (Mango Melody, Poppy Parade, Night of Navy, Granny Apple Green, Balmy Blue, Smoky Slate), Above the Clouds stamps and punch, Early Espresso watercolour pencil, Happiness Blooms DSP and punch.
Also used Memento Black Ink.

New season, new colours

I was delighted to see Fab Friday's challenge to use Stampin' Up's new in-season colours, because I absolutely love them. I chose a favourite stampset and thinlits because it always 'lifts me up' to use them!

Ingredients: Stampin' Up ink (Blueberry Bushel, Call Me Clover, Pineapple Punch, Basic Black), card (Blueberry Bushel, Lovely Lipstick, Grapefruit Grove, Whisper White, gold), stampsets (Lift Me Up, Sunshine and Rainbows), thinlits (Up & Away)

Rainbow birthday

CAS(E) this Sketch's sketch #254 was very pretty and floral:
The sketch provided my inspiration - but I think I ended up a bit off-piste - perhaps my decision to try to avoid the literal interpretation of using flowers was to blame! I think you can still see the remains of the sketch, though:

I do love the new rainbows Stampin' Up has introduced - am going to play with these lots, I think. (And they just beg to be combined with balloons!)
Made using:
Stampin' Up:
Dies (Stitched Shapes, Rainbow Builder Framelits, Up and Away)
Stamps: Lift Me Up, Balloon Celebrations (for the sentiment)
Paper and card: Kraft, Soft Sky, Whisper White, Botanical Gardens Vellum, (and for the rainbow, Marina Mist, Wild Wasabi, Daffodil Delight, Tangerine Tango, Rose Red (and a random other purple piece)
Derwent Ink Intense Watercolour pencils
