I wanted to make the butterflies 'fly' so let their wings lift off the coral background. It's the first time I found a use for the Stampin' Up enamel shapes (other than the dots) so that was an added benefit.
Made Using:
Stampin' Up ink: Calypso Coral, Rich Razzleberry and Dapper Denim; paper: Calypso Coral and Dapper Denim; enamel dots and Vertical Greeting stamp (sentiment)
Diamond Press stamp and dies: 'enjoy the ride'
So pretty! Loving those butterflies, such a great design. Thanks for joining us at Fab Friday, hope to see you again soon!
ReplyDeleteYour placement, along with the layering of the butterflies, has created such a sense of movement. It's lovely. I agree with you completely about difficulty of using the shapes that aren't dots! Another great card.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute and colorful spray of butterflies! They look so good with their little embellies, too! Thanks so much for playing at Fab Friday!

ReplyDeleteVery cute! I like the popped wings! I have a hard time with the enamel shapes too but you've used them perfectly sprinkled among the sweet butterflies! Thanks for sharing at Fab Friday!
