I found The Paper Players' challenge
PP456 really... challenging! I couldn't seem to balance all the elements. Still, it gave me a chance to make lots and lots of lovely cut outs with the 'Stitched Stars' dies from the upcoming Stampin' Up! 2019 Holiday Catalogue. The focal star uses one of the stamps, as well. Gorgeous!
Ingredients:
Stampin' Up! card, (Night Of Navy, Whisper White), Night of Navy ink, silver embossing powder, Stitched Stars and Layering Circles dies, So Many Stars and Itty Bitty Christmas stamps, Twinkly Twinkle DSP.
Other: Versamark ink
Jo, I think you found the perfect way to balance it out. And next time we have coffee, you're going to have to talk me through how you did all this amazingness. You are really starting to sell me on this set!
ReplyDeleteDon't be so harsh on yourself Jo - I think you did a great job with this week's sketch! Your combination of soft stencilling and diecut stars is perfect and I love the classic colour combo. Thanks for sharing with us over at The Paper Players this week!
ReplyDeleteYour die cut elements work so well, Jo. I think you balanced them really well. Great take on the sketch this week and so glad you joined us at the Players
